Delivery is free with our Build your Box deal. Just fill your box by adding 5 sachets of your choice to your order and free delivery will automatically be applied. If you order fewer sachets, our postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of £2.50.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a dispatch email when your order is sent, please check your junk/spam email folders if you haven’t received these.

We send all orders Royal Mail second class. Royal Mail advise you can expect delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays. However there may be delays due to Covid, you can find current updates here https://www.royalmail.com/d8/coronavirus-changes-service. If your order hasn’t arrived please contact us with your order number and we’ll be able to help you.

Our orders are delivered plastic free in a small cardboard box posted through your letter box. Please ensure that your parcel is safely out of reach children and pets.
